Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Visit various commercial premises across Manchester to ensure cleaning is performed to the highest standard.
- Quality Control: Conduct site audits and inspections, using our mobile app to log simple reports, photos, and feedback.
- Team Leadership: Support and monitor our cleaning teams, providing on-site training and ensuring everyone is following health and safety guidelines.
- Logistics: Manage site keys, monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Problem Solving: Act as the first on-site point of contact for clients and staff to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Mobility: The ideal candidate will have her/his/their own car or moped and a valid driving license to travel between sites (mileage/fuel allowance provided).
- App Usage: You don't need to be a tech expert, but you should be comfortable using mobile apps on your smartphone for basic reporting and communication.
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential. We are looking for someone who knows what "clean" looks like and can lead others to achieve it.
