Customer Development Manager

Reporting

Reports to: Senior Customer Development Manager.

Europe/Middle East/Africa, United Kingdom, Reading, BerkshireWork Location: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting into the Senior Customer Development Manager, you will have direct P+L ownership for Alliance Healthcare, across all categories.
  • Manage 1 direct report, a Customer Development Executive.
  • Deliver specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets – INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP).
  • Conduct full forecasting and spend management for your business area, providing accurate forecasts to the supply team and commercial strategy & planning contacts.
  • Build positive and collaborative relationships with key contacts, representing customer requirements and business strategy to Kenvue.
  • Lead the Joint Business Plan to ensure delivery of key metrics for Kenvue & Alliance for long‑term, sustainable growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector and prior customer‑facing roles.
  • Ability to identify sales‑driving opportunities and enhance business effectiveness.
  • Skill in engaging customers and collaborating with Kenvue experts to develop strategies that create joint business value.
  • Adaptability to evolving business conditions, seizing opportunities to take calculated risks that improve outcomes.
  • Line‑management experience desirable, but not essential.
