Job DescriptionThe RoleLocation: working across our areas of Bridgnorth, church Stretton and NewportWorking hours: 9am – 5pm Position: Full time, permanent This is an exciting position for an experienced Recruitment Lead to take ownership of all recruitment activity across the business. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for proactively sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality Care Professionals, alongside similar value driven Key players, building a strong and sustainable recruitment pipeline, and delivering a responsive, compliant, and engaging end-to-end candidate experience.The role plays a critical part in supporting organisational growth by ensuring recruitment targets are met while maintaining full compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements, and Franchise Standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of end-to-end recruitment activity, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, regulators, and Franchise StandardsProactively source candidates using a wide range of attraction methods, including digital platforms, social media, referrals, and community-based activityDevelop and deliver creative recruitment campaigns online and within the local community to attract high-quality Care ProfessionalsBuild and maintain a strong local talent pipeline aligned to business growth and workforce demandManage the full candidate journey, ensuring a positive, engaging, and values-led recruitment experienceDevelop and maintain engaging social media recruitment content and campaigns to promote opportunities and employer brandBuild and Maintain networking connections out in the communityResearch, plan, and attend community events, recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and local networking opportunitiesSupport candidate screening, interviewing, and selection activities in line with safe recruitment practicesEnsure all pre-employment checks are completed accurately and in full prior to employment commencementMaintain accurate recruitment records and data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Monitor recruitment performance and utilise data and insights to inform and improve recruitment strategiesImplement, manage, and promote the Employee Referral SchemeWork collaboratively with internal teams to support workforce planning and operational needsQualificationsAbout YouEssential Requirements:Proven experience delivering a responsive end-to-end recruitment serviceExperience of recruitment marketing, including planning and delivering recruitment campaignsStrong understanding of recruitment legislation, compliance, and safe recruitment requirements (including Right to Work, DBS, and referencing)Experience using social media and digital platforms for recruitment purposesConfident, self-motivated relationship builder with the ability to engage candidates and community stakeholdersStrong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience using ATS systems and recruitment data to inform decision-makingResilient, results-driven, and able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider teamFlexible approach to working hours to meet business and recruitment demandsAdditional InformationWhy Join Us?Purpose-led organisation making a genuine difference in the local communitySupportive, values-driven working environment focused on fairness, honesty, and wellbeingOpportunity to shape and lead local recruitment strategy and employer brandOngoing professional development and supportReady to Make a Difference?If you’re ready to bring your passion, recruitment expertise, and people-focused approach to this rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you.Click to apply or call our Recruiter Ashley on 01952 581112 for an informal chat.Please note that this role is UK-based, and the right to work in the UK must be confirmed as part of the recruitment process.We do not currently hold a Sponsorship licence….
