What the day will look like
On Reflection (approx. 3 days per week) you will:
Support project launches u2013 coordinate setu2011up, timelines and stakeholder updates for new client projects
Produce reporting & insight u2013 turn data into clear, clientu2011ready outputs that tell a compelling story
Create affirmations u2013 help design and refine the statements used in the Reflection tool to ensure clarity, impact and alignment to client objectives.
Support finances & contracting u2013 assist with pricing inputs, statements of work, contracting steps and basic financial tracking.
Enhance user experience u2013 review journeys, feedback and results to suggest improvements for participants and clients.
On Health, Wellbeing and Strategic Consulting (approx. 2 days per week) you will:
Contribute to client projects across health, wellbeing and benefits strategy
Analyse data, research and benchmarks to support evidenceu2011based recommendations
Help prepare presentations, proposals and workshops for clients and prospects
Work closely with consultants to learn our endu2011tou2011end strategic consulting approach, building towards a fullu2011time role in this team.
