The Risk team works inpartnership acrossCovato support informed decisionmaking and positive outcomes. What you can expect in this role

  • Youllplay a key role inshaping pricing, reserving and capital decisionsby bringing thoughtful challenge,collaborationand a forward-looking view of risk

  • Youllwork closely withPricing, Underwriting, Actuarial and Financefunctions, as well assenior business leaders, helping toprovide expert oversight,reviewand assurance

  • Youllcontribute tothedevelopment of insurance risk capabilityand knowledge across the Risk team, focusing on quality,collaborationand continuous improvement

  • Youllhave opportunities tolearn,developand growwithin the role

  • Youllbe supportedby experienced colleagues who want you to succeed

What you might bring

  • Experienceworking closelywith actuarial, pricing, reserving and underwriting teams within a General Insurance setting,contributing to oversight,reviewand challenge of key business decisions

  • Skills in general insurance pricing,reservingand underwriting, with the ability to interpret technical outputs and translate them intoclear risk insight, and a willingness to learn and ask questions

  • A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the confidence to provide constructive challenge while working closely with Line 1 teams

  • An organised, thoughtful way of working

  • A commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues
