The Team
The Risk team works inpartnership acrossCovato support informed decisionmaking and positive outcomes. We bring diverse perspectives, curiosity, andpractical insightto help embed risk as a performance enabler. What you can expect in this role
Youllplay a key role inshaping pricing, reserving and capital decisionsby bringing thoughtful challenge,collaborationand a forward-looking view of risk
Youllwork closely withPricing, Underwriting, Actuarial and Financefunctions, as well assenior business leaders, helping toprovide expert oversight,reviewand assurance
Youllcontribute tothedevelopment of insurance risk capabilityand knowledge across the Risk team, focusing on quality,collaborationand continuous improvement
Youllhave opportunities tolearn,developand growwithin the role
Youllbe supportedby experienced colleagues who want you to succeed
What you might bring
Experienceworking closelywith actuarial, pricing, reserving and underwriting teams within a General Insurance setting,contributing to oversight,reviewand challenge of key business decisions
Skills in general insurance pricing,reservingand underwriting, with the ability to interpret technical outputs and translate them intoclear risk insight, and a willingness to learn and ask questions
A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the confidence to provide constructive challenge while working closely with Line 1 teams
An organised, thoughtful way of working
