About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment projects across Hull and East Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor delivering meaningful regeneration work that improves communities and residents’ lives.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations on refurbishment projects
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, residents, and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a positive site culture
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, ideally within social housing or refurbishment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
