Dream Medical is working with a number of respected private hospitals in Exeter and urgently requires a full‑time Ward Staff Nurse to work on the surgical ward.
Overview
Opportunity to join the nursing team on the ward and provide high‑quality patient care across a wide variety of cases, supporting professional development.
Responsibilities
- Delivering and maintaining high standards of nursing care within the clinical areas.
- Being patient focused and demonstrating excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Exhibiting strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Managing a wide range of activities and shifting priorities.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with experience in a surgical or similar environment.
- Post‑op and pre‑op experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Committed to delivering high‑quality patient care and able to work within a multidisciplinary team.
