Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and process‑driven Partnership Operations Manager. This is a hands‑on role where you will be the “engine” of our partner network, responsible for the setup and launch of card‑linked offers campaigns. You will work closely with our Sales and Brand Success teams, acting as the operational lead to ensure that every campaign is technically viable and set up correctly with our banking partners. This is a perfect role for an ambitious operator.

Start‑up Reality

You won’t be managing a team yet; you will be managing processes and you must be comfortable doing the heavy lifting, from configuring spreadsheets to data validation and submission. The upside: you aren’t just inheriting a fully fleshed process; you are also helping build it, and there will be significant room for growth as we scale.
