What Youll Be Doing In-Store Customer Service Deliver friendly, professional advice to customers Help customers find the right products for their needs Maintain store standards, displays, and cleanliness Handle transactions (training provided) Online Orders & Click & Collect Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders Manage click-and-collect orders in-store Ensure orders are accurate and sent on time Assist with customer queries (orders, deliveries, returns) E-Commerce Support Use systems to process and track orders Support stock control and product updates Assist with basic sales tracking and product performance Help improve processes and customer experience What Were Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and approachable Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, organised, and detail-focused Comfortable learning new systems and technology Able to work independently and as part of a team ??
