Apply for the Graphic Designer
Location: London
Job Description:

A growing, product-led business is looking for a Graphic Designer to join a close-knit team based in Newcastle. Before proceeding, you need to be aware that this is a fully on-site role, working five days a week alongside product, marketing and brand teams – if you cannot commit to being in the office then please do not apply.

This opportunity would suit a designer who enjoys being hands-on, working at pace and seeing ideas move quickly from concept through to finished product. The role offers broad exposure across multiple brands and a wide range of creative output.

The role

You will work across multiple brands, creating high-quality design for both print and digital channels. Projects will include product packaging, advertising, social content, point of sale materials and campaign assets.

From the point a product is developed, you will play a key role in shaping how it is presented to market. This is a varied position where no two days are the same and where strong collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Create engaging design across print, digital and social channels
  • Produce packaging, catalogues, brochures and advertising materials
  • Develop and apply brand identity across multiple touchpoints
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital production
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver creative solutions
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Contribute ideas that strengthen brand presence and appeal

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a graphic design role
  • Strong portfolio covering print and digital work
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience with packaging, catalogues or advertising
  • Strong layout, typography and visual communication skills
  • Ability to interpret briefs and deliver commercially effective design
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment

Personal fit

This is a small, focused team environment. The successful candidate will be:

  • Resilient and comfortable with direct feedback
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organised and reliable
  • Creative but commercially aware
  • Comfortable working closely with others on a daily basis

Package

  • Salary negotiable DOE
  • 25 days holiday plus additional time over Christmas
  • Option to buy or sell holidays
  • Birthday day off
  • Pension contribution
  • Death in service benefit
  • Cycle to work scheme

This is an opportunity to join a growing business where design plays a central role in how products are brought to market. It is well suited to someone who values collaboration, variety and being part of a tight, driven team.
