Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

Overview

We are working with a design-led team who are looking to appoint a highly creative Graphic Designer. Following a shift in structure, the focus is now on hiring a designer with strong conceptual ability and a distinctive visual style.

This is not a production-heavy role; instead, it’s an opportunity for someone who thrives on creativity, originality, and pushing visual boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and original design concepts across a range of platforms
• Deliver high-quality, visually driven creative work
• Contribute to motion design and user experience (UX) elements
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas from concept through to execution
• Maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across all outputs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, visually-led portfolio
• A clear ability to generate fresh, original creative ideas
• Experience or strong interest in motion graphics and UX
• Portfolio focused on visual storytelling rather than text-heavy case studies

Desirable Background

• Experience within a creative industry (e.g. branding, digital, media, agency)
• Concept-driven approach to design
