A growing climate tech company is looking for a Frontend React Engineer to help define the frontend architecture of a complex platform used to solve real-world infrastructure challenges at scale.
The Role
You’ll lead the design of scalable React applications, influence technical direction across the frontend team, and help build intuitive products that handle complex data in a seamless way. This is a role with genuine ownership, where your decisions will shape both the product and engineering standards.
You Might Be a Good Fit If…
- 2+ years experience using React
- You’ve worked confidently in large production codebases
- You’ve owned frontend architecture decisions
- You understand state management (Redux, Zustand, Jotai or similar)
- You care about performance, observability and clean design
- You enjoy raising engineering standards (bonus points if you have mentoring experience)
