A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Associate (around 2 years’ PQE) to join its growing commercial practice in Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised team advising major public and private sector clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, retail, manufacturing, sport and the public sector. The team is known for its commercially focused, innovative approach and works on complex, high‑value projects.
The role involves drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, supporting outsourcing, supply chain and strategic projects, and advising on day‑to‑day commercial matters. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on innovative workstreams, including technology and AI‑driven projects, and collaborate closely with corporate, real estate and technology teams across offices. There is strong client exposure from an early stage.
Applicants should be England & Wales qualified commercial lawyers with strong drafting skills, sound commercial judgement and a collaborative approach.
