Position Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in handling complex development transactions, including forward funding and forward purchase structures across various sectors such as student accommodation, build-to-rent, office, retail, industrial, leisure, hospitality, and healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex development transactions and investment matters
- Handle forward funding and forward purchase structures
- Work with clients across sectors including student accommodation and build-to-rent
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines and jurisdictions
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Real Estate practice
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 4+ years experience in Real Estate law
- Experience in complex development transactions and investment matters
- Exceptional academic background and strong technical skills
