The Opportunity

We are working with a well-established and innovative engineering business seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a variety of design, development, and engineering projects, supporting both new and existing products within a technically driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of mechanical components and systems
• Produce engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Assist with prototype build and testing activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products
• Support project planning, including timescales and cost considerations
• Implement design updates and engineering changes
• Work collaboratively with internal teams across engineering and production

What We’re Looking For

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in a mechanical design or engineering environment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
