Talent Acquisition Partner – Publicis Groupe Corporate and Growth Functions (UK)

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across Publicis Groupe Corporate and Growth Functions in the UK. This role plays a key part in delivering inclusive, high‑quality recruitment at pace, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

What you’ll do

  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Publicis Groupe Corporate and Growth Functions in the UK, from junior through to senior levels – including finance, talent, new business and other important HQ functions
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective hiring strategies
  • Champion inclusive hiring and best‑practice assessment across all recruitment activity
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing
  • Act as a trusted advisor on market insight, hiring challenges and process improvement
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help shape a best‑in‑class candidate experience
  • Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes
  • Support and mentor junior TA team members where required

What we’re looking for

  • Experience recruiting finance roles, ideally within creative, media, production or similar industries
  • Strong in‑house or agency recruitment experience, ideally within complex or matrixed organisations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vacancies simultaneously
  • Passion for candidate experience, inclusive hiring and continuous improvement
  • Commercially aware, with a focus on direct hiring and reducing agency spend
  • Confident, proactive and collaborative working style
