Supply Chain Materials Planner – Main Responsibilities:
- Ensurecontinuoussupplyofrawmaterialstopreventstock-outsandproductiondowntime
- TranslatedemandintoaccuratepurchaseordersalignedtoSLAs,leadtimes,MOQs,andEOQs
- Managerollingforecasts(12-weekoperational,6-monthmedium-term)
- Monitorandoptimisestocklevelstominimisewaste,agedstock,andwrite-offs
- Trackandimprovesupplierperformance(OTIF,leadtimeadherence,service)
- Reportandmanagerisksrelatingtoshortages,excess,andobsolescence
Cross-FunctionalWorking:
- CollaboratewithProductionPlanningtomanagechangesandminimisecostimpacts
- PartnerwithProcurementonsupplierperformanceandescalations
- SupportQuality,NPD,andCommercialteamsonproductchanges,launches,anddiscontinuations
ContinuousImprovement&Strategy:
- Usedataandanalyticstoidentifyrisksandimprovementopportunities
- Contributetosupplychainoptimisation,resilience,andefficiencyinitiatives
