Role Overview
We are seeking a Bid Manager to join our Global Pursuits Team, offering excellent opportunities for career development and growth. This is a global role (including the UK) focused on supporting our largest opportunities, with flexible working arrangements available.
Responsibilities
- Manage high‑profile and complex bids across the end‑to‑end process.
- Lead the Bid Process (GPBP) from pre‑bid preparation through to live bid phases and post‑tender interviews.
- Ensure technical teams are fully equipped to respond effectively to client objectives and secure work through a best‑practice bidding approach.
- Oversee the supervision and development of team members while promoting and embedding best practice within the Global Pursuits Team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experienced Bid Manager with a strong understanding of best practice and excellent written communication skills.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, and successful bids, with a positive, “can‑do” attitude that aligns well with a collaborative team environment.
- Able to develop effective win strategies and comprehensive bid plans, while bringing fresh ideas, innovation, and creative thinking to the team.
- Skilled in building strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders involved in the bid process to deliver high‑quality submissions.
- Previous line‑management experience is desirable.
- Degree in a relevant discipline (desirable).
