Roofing Manager

Overview

A well-established general building contractor in Central Scotland is looking to appoint an experienced Roofing Manager to lead and develop its successful Roofing Division. This is a key leadership role where you'll take full responsibility for delivering roofing projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, programme, and coordinate labour and resources across multiple projects
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, specifications, and health & safety standards
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Be a time‑served roofer
• Hold a valid CSCS Black Card and SMSTS
• Have proven management experience within construction (roofing preferred)
• Demonstrate strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
