Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee projects from pre‑construction through to completion, managing multiple electrical packages across commercial and industrial schemes. Typical projects include full electrical installations, fit‑outs, and infrastructure works across a range of sectors.

Responsibilities

• Office‑based project manager with travel when required.
• Experience in electrical commercial, shopfitting, gyms and healthcare projects worth £200k+.
• Manage client expectations, chair meetings, and provide progress updates.
• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Programme and budget management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience as an Electrical Project Manager within construction.
• Strong organisational and professional approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good IT skills.
• City & Guilds NVQ Level 3, AM2, 18th edition.
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, ECS Gold Card certifications.
