First Line Manager

Pay Rate: £31,672.50 per year + £2,500 annual shift premium

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time), 42.5 hour working week
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 13:30-22:00 (1:30pm-10pm)

If you're thinking yes, then you could be the next First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success. Taking ownership of Inbound and all receiving tasks you'll run the shift to meet KPI's whilst coaching and supporting your team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide logistics & systems expertise: you'll have a strong Order Management System (OMS) knowledge; and be able to use Microsoft Suite and Red Prairie; to smoothly run an inbound operation.
• Demonstrate leadership & people skills: you'll have a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams; and be a genuine people person who listens, communicates clearly, acts fairly, and remains firm when needed.
• Take ownership & direct: you'll be capable of running an area without intervention, hitting the ground running, taking full ownership of the operation and staff, and driving performance confidently.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Must be able to demonstrate working skill in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Be able to highlight ability with coaching and supporting teams to success.
• Know how to communicate and collaborate with all teams to have a high-performing operation.
• Practical use of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
