EA to Founder | Interior Design
Location: West End (fully office based)
Salary: Up to £65,000
Our client, a leading interior design business, is looking for an EA to support their well-respected Founder in a broad, fast-paced, and highly involved role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative and highly respected business at the heart of its day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
- Manage a complex and ever-changing diary
- Coordinate international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Oversee a busy inbox, ensuring prioritisation and responsiveness
- Provide support on project-based work when required
- Proofread and refine communications to ensure accuracy and tone
- Offer personal support as needed
About You:
- Proven experience supporting a senior leader or Founder
- Background in interior design, architecture, or design is essential
- Proactive, highly organised, and solutions-focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Engaging, hardworking, and able to build strong working relationships quickly
