Our client, a leading interior design business, is looking for an EA to support their well-respected Founder in a broad, fast-paced, and highly involved role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative and highly respected business at the heart of its day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

• Manage a complex and ever-changing diary
• Coordinate international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
• Oversee a busy inbox, ensuring prioritisation and responsiveness
• Provide support on project-based work when required
• Proofread and refine communications to ensure accuracy and tone
• Offer personal support as needed

About You:

• Proven experience supporting a senior leader or Founder
• Background in interior design, architecture, or design is essential
• Proactive, highly organised, and solutions-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Engaging, hardworking, and able to build strong working relationships quickly
