Quantity Surveyor – Residential House Developer

Role
In this role, you will take ownership of financial and cost control across one or more developments, from initial award through to final account completion.
Responsibilities
- Managing the commercial performance of projects to ensure profitability and efficiency
- Producing accurate cost reporting and CVRs
- Cash flow forecasting and financial planning
- Subcontract procurement, administration, and management
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
- Promoting commercial best practice across projects
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams, and the wider supply chain
About You
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within residential or main contracting environments
- Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach to cost management
- Good understanding of standard forms of contract (JCT preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across live projects
