I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in West Midlands, who are looking for a Technical Product Development SME to join their team.

Job Description

As Technical Product Development SME, your main responsibilities will include:

• Vehicle‑level testing, across multiple facilities
• Evaluate system & vehicle performance
• Fault identification & resolution
• Develop & maintain DVP’s
• Custodianship of test assets

Experience Required:

• Must have a valid UK driving licence
• Vehicle‑level evaluation, system performance analysis, and diagnostic investigation
• Testing across multiple facilities (proving grounds, labs, workshops)
• High level analytical and data interpretation skills
• Automotive systems, instrumentation, diagnostics, and test methodologies
