Electrical Supervisor – Residential Apartments

Site-Based | 2-Month Contract

£25–£28 per hour | Immediate Start

The Role

• Oversee all day-to-day electrical works across a multi‑unit apartment scheme
• Manage electricians and subcontractors to keep works on programme
• Ensure installations meet current regulations and high residential standards
• Maintain quality across apartments and communal areas
• Enforce strong health & safety practices on site
• Coordinate with site teams and other trades to keep things moving
• Resolve issues quickly to avoid delays

What You’ll Need

• Experience as an Electrical Supervisor on residential/apartment projects
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to read drawings
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)
• ECS/CSCS card (essential)
• SSSTS/SMSTS
• Able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
