Medical Field Service Engineer – X‑ray Imaging Systems
We are looking for customer‑focused, technically motivated Medical Field Service Engineers to service, repair, and maintain our advanced X‑ray imaging systems in hospitals and healthcare centres across Newcastle-upon‑Tyne, Sunderland, Durham, Darlington, and Middlesbrough.
Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site service and maintenance for advanced X‑ray imaging systems.
- Diagnose and repair equipment failures to ensure minimal downtime.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in continuous product training and keep up to date with new technologies.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in electronic or medical device service preferred but not required; full product training will be provided.
- Strong problem‑solving and technical skills.
- Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.
