What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively winning new business through outbound calls, networking, and market research
- Building and managing strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Taking detailed job briefs and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
- Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining a structured sales pipeline
- Contributing to team targets and overall business growth
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales or recruitment, with a strong focus on new business
- A confident, resilient communicator who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone
- Highly adaptable - able to think on your feet and respond to client needs
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Genuine interest in IT/technology markets

What You’ll Get
- Location: Epsom
- Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission
- Holiday: 20 days, increasing to 25 with service
