Position: Resourcer
Resourcer to join our office in Whitstable. Reporting to senior recruitment consultants in the construction trades division, the role involves sourcing candidates for construction projects, vetting right‑to‑work documents and qualifications, and supporting placement activities.
Responsibilities
- Calling potential candidates with job details
- Database mining to find and select candidates from existing contacts
- Calling through job boards to identify new potential candidates
- Collecting ID and qualifications
- Writing and posting new job adverts
- Managing advert responses
- Checking references
- Aftercare: checking that temporary workers arrive at new placements
- Speaking with clients to gain feedback
