Location: South Liverpool
Salary: £45,000 per year

Jane Lewis is recruiting for a Deputy Children s Service Manager to join a busy 6-bed residential children s service based in South Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and committed individual who is looking to take the next step in their career within children s residential care.

About the Role

As Deputy Children s Service Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, helping to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to children and young people. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and structured environment while promoting positive outcomes for the children in your care.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience working in a children s residential setting
• A Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, with willingness to work towards Level 5, or already hold a Level 5 qualification
• A full UK driving licence
• Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the 9 quality standards
• Experience supporting children with mental health needs and challenging behaviours
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people
