Kinetic Recruitment are working with a well-established ventilation business who are looking to bring in a Trade Sales Executive to join their Manchester team. This is a hands‑on role focused on trade sales, customer relationships, and supporting the smooth running of the branch to ensure continued growth and excellent service delivery. This is a full‑time, permanent position working in person.
Salary – From £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
What you'll be doing
- Managing and developing trade customer relationships to encourage repeat business and maximise sales opportunities
- Supporting daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Working towards and supporting achievement of sales targets and wider business objectives
- Acting as a key point of contact for trade customers, providing excellent service and product support
- Assisting in motivating and supporting branch staff where required to maintain high performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes, efficiency, and customer experience
- Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth business operations and alignment
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience within the ventilation industry (essential)
- Strong background in trade sales, customer service, or branch‑based sales roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, hands‑on approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently when required
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
