The Role
This is a phone-based, relationship-focused position where you will:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Confidently identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support account management and ongoing client retention
- Deliver an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint
- Work towards individual and team targets
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, internal sales, telesales, or a similar phone-based role
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers
- Naturally commercially aware with an ability to spot opportunities
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
