I’m working with a leading, top‑tier commercial firm that is looking to appoint a junior Employment Solicitor (2–4 PQE) into its highly regarded Leeds team. You’ll be advising a strong and varied respondent client base on a mix of contentious and advisory employment matters. The work is broad, interesting, and commercially focused – spanning everything from day‑to‑day HR advisory through to complex tribunal litigation.
Clients range from large global corporates (including household‑name retailers, telecoms providers, logistics businesses, and major consumer brands) through to insurers and public sector organisations. There’s also real scope to carve out a sector specialism over time if that’s something you’re keen on.
