Job Title: Commercial Business Manager - Infrastructure
This high‑impact role is for someone who treats the business as their own, understands the realities of infrastructure delivery, and can translate operational activity into strong commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of commercial performance, forecasting and cost control
- Embedding commercial insight into day‑to‑day operational delivery
- Supporting pricing, frameworks, bids and commercial negotiations
- Building strong, trusted client relationships
- Providing clear analysis and insight to senior leadership to support strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Senior commercial, commercial finance or operational leadership experience
- Background in utilities, civils, infrastructure or related sectors
- Proven P&L ownership with strong operational understanding
- Confidently influencing directors, engineers and delivery teamsForward‑thinking and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment
