Commercial Business Manager

Senior Commercial Leader required to own P&L and shape strategy for a growing UK infrastructure business.

Job Title: Commercial Business Manager – Infrastructure

This high‑impact role is for someone who treats the business as their own, understands the realities of infrastructure delivery, and can translate operational activity into strong commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of commercial performance, forecasting and cost control
• Embedding commercial insight into day‑to‑day operational delivery
• Supporting pricing, frameworks, bids and commercial negotiations
• Building strong, trusted client relationships
• Providing clear analysis and insight to senior leadership to support strategic decisions

Qualifications

• Senior commercial, commercial finance or operational leadership experience
• Background in utilities, civils, infrastructure or related sectors
• Proven P&L ownership with strong operational understanding
• Confidently influencing directors, engineers and delivery teamsForward‑thinking and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment
