• Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience
• Leadership / Management qualification or Equivalent Experience

• Educated to Masters Degree Level
• Post Graduate Management Qualification

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience of managing a team
• Experience of change management
• Management of budgets
• Experience of working to deadlines
• Knowledge and experience of performance targets

• Experience of managing patient waiting lists
