The Opportunity
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading national law firm to recruit a talented Group Action / Product Liability Solicitor or Legal Executive. What you’ll be doing
- Managing a caseload of group litigation and product liability matters
- Assisting on complex, multi-claimant actions involving high-value and high-profile disputes
- Advising clients on liability, causation, and quantum across a range of product-related claims
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and technical legal documentation
- Liaising with counsel, experts, and large claimant groups
- Supporting senior lawyers and partners on strategically significant cases
- Contributing to litigation strategy and case development
What they're looking for
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant practising experience
- Background in group litigation, product liability, personal injury, or complex disputes
- Strong technical ability with a keen eye for detail
- Experience managing or assisting on multi-party or high-value claims
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
