Health & Safety Advisor – Demolition & RC Frames

About the Role:

An opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support a range of demolition and RC frame projects. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving high safety standards, and promoting a proactive safety culture across site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide H&S support across demolition and RC frame projects
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety tours
• Review and implement RAMS and Construction Phase Plans
• Support incident investigations and reporting
• Deliver toolbox talks and site inductions
• Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, temporary works, and work at height
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and HSE requirements

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience in demolition, civil engineering, or RC frame construction
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and high-risk site activities
• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
• Experience carrying out audits and incident investigations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

• IOSH membership (TechIOSH/GradIOSH)
• Experience on complex or inner-city projects
• Understanding of demolition sequencing and RC frame processes
