We’re currently recruiting for a Corporate Relocation Administrator to join a busy and supportive team.
The Role
You’ll provide a high-quality administrative service supporting corporate relocation activities and coordinating moves. This is a varied role involving communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling enquiries and coordinating with branch and agent networks
- Supporting the smooth running of relocation processes
- Maintaining accurate records and database systems
- Producing and managing invoices
- Following up on enquiries and updates
- Managing insurance claims professionally and efficiently
- Ensuring all documentation and procedures are kept up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Around 3 years’ administration experience
- Background in customer service and/or accounts
- Strong IT skills (CRM systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
