Nuco Solutions are recruiting a confident Customer Service Team Leader to lead a busy Domestic Gas customer service team at a head office in Cheam. You’ll manage and support a team of CSOs, ensuring customers receive a fast, professional, and high-quality service across phone, email, and live chat. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll coach, motivate, and drive performance every day.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Customer Service Operatives
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints
- Drive performance and ensure KPIs are met
- Coach, train, and develop your team through 1:1s and ongoing support
- Manage rotas and ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote a positive, high-energy team culture
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Requirements
- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Confident coaching and developing others
- Calm, organised, and solution‑focused under pressure
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Able to lead by example and motivate a team
