Job Description:

Nuco Solutions are recruiting a confident Customer Service Team Leader to lead a busy Domestic Gas customer service team at a head office in Cheam. You’ll manage and support a team of CSOs, ensuring customers receive a fast, professional, and high-quality service across phone, email, and live chat. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll coach, motivate, and drive performance every day.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Customer Service Operatives
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints
  • Drive performance and ensure KPIs are met
  • Coach, train, and develop your team through 1:1s and ongoing support
  • Manage rotas and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Promote a positive, high-energy team culture
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Confident coaching and developing others
  • Calm, organised, and solution‑focused under pressure
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Able to lead by example and motivate a team
