About the RoleThis is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical and operational services across 2030 primary care contracts within your region. You will act as the link between strategy and frontline delivery, ensuring services are safe, effective, and high-performing, while supporting teams and strengthening relationships with GP Practices, PCNs, and NHS partners.
The Pharmacist Network is a pharmacist-led organisation providing high-quality pharmacist and pharmacy technician services to general practices nationwide. Our workforce of over 250 pharmacists and pharmacy technicians is supported by an experienced senior clinical team who facilitate training, development and workflow management across primary care and PCN settings.

We specialise in medicines optimisation, workforce solutions, and service transformation—helping primary care improve patient outcomes, increase capacity, and deliver sustainable models of care. Following significant growth, we are expanding our leadership team and are now recruiting two Regional Operations Managers to support delivery across our London and South West regions.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical and operational services across 20–30 primary care contracts within your region. You will act as the link between strategy and frontline delivery, ensuring services are safe, effective, and high-performing, while supporting teams and strengthening relationships with GP Practices, PCNs, and NHS partners. We are open to appointing either a clinically-focused leader (Pharmacist) or an operationally-focused leader (non-clinical background).
