Groundwork Foreman
Exeter, Devon | £25 per hour | 8am - 6pm | Monday‑Friday
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced groundworks supervisor for a large commercial scheme in Exeter.
Key Duties
- Work in the ground, digging trenches, foundations and drainage work.
- Lead gangs of groundworkers.
- Report to the site manager.
- Work independently and manage a team.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety.
- Follow health and safety procedures and wear full PPE.
Requirements
- Proven groundwork experience within the construction industry.
- Blue CSCS card (preferred).
- SSSTS, First Aid certification.
- Reliable, consistent, and strong work ethic.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate: £25 per hour (CIS available depending on tickets).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm.
