We are hiring a Business & Data Analyst with strong London Market insurance expertise to support major transformation initiatives across underwriting, claims, pricing, delegated authority, reinsurance, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business and data analysis across London Market insurance functions
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specs
• Perform SQL‑based data analysis, profiling, reconciliation, validation, and quality checks
• Own source‑to‑target data mapping, business rules, lineage, and traceability
• Analyze reports, extracts, and data flows for optimization opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear system and data requirements for technical teams
• Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder collaboration
• Facilitate workshops and produce executive‑ready documentation

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong experience in London Market insurance
• Deep understanding of syndicate data, delegated authority (bordereaux), reinsurance, policy lifecycle
• Advanced SQL for analysis, reconciliation, and validation
• Expertise in data mapping, transformation logic, and data quality management
• Experience in data migration, platform modernization, regulatory reporting
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, reporting layers, metadata, data lineage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile / Hybrid delivery environments
