Customer Care Coordinator

Hourly: £12.30 per hour, Night shift: £14.55 per hour, 40 hours per week – Shift-based.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a confident and friendly Customer Care Coordinator to join our busy inbound contact centre team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and emails.
- Place orders and resolve enquiries at first point of contact.
- Upsell products where appropriate.
- Complete any additional duties as required.
