Overview
We're looking for a Hotel Night Manager to oversee smooth overnight operations. You'll be the main point of contact for guests, ensure excellent service, manage night staff, handle check-ins/out, and maintain safety and security throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Resolve guest issues and coordinate with housekeeping
- Conduct property checks during the night shift
- Complete the night audit and generate nightly reports
- Manage night staff and ensure smooth operational flow overnight
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs as part of overnight operations
- Maintain safety and security throughout the hotel
Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Leadership ability and attention to detail
- Prior hotel front-office or supervisory experience
- A hospitality qualification is desirable
Hours: Weekdays, Weekends
