Job Description:

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Support Representative on behalf of one of our global medical manufacturing clients based in Winsford.

This role is to support the existing Customer Support team during a period of change and offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to apply for a permanent position later.

Daily Duties Will Include

  • Taking customer orders and completing order entry
  • Handling customer queries regarding order status, deliveries, and general enquiries
  • Supporting the Commercial team with sales‑related information
  • Liaising with internal Manufacturing and Planning teams
  • Working as part of a Customer Support team within an office environment

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Have previous customer service, office or administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Have good PC skills
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be comfortable working in an office-based team environment
  • Be willing to learn, as full training will be provided

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week
  • Flexitime working available
  • Core hours are 10:00am – 3:00pm, with flexible start and finish times outside of these hours

Pay

  • £14.25 per hour
