JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly strategic, customer‑facing Programme Manager to own the strategic direction and execution of a key customer program, aligning executive stakeholders, internal cross‑functional teams, and business objectives to drive measurable outcomes. This role will own platform migration and roadmap beyond, ensure customer needs are met through the Kevel platform, drive cross‑functional alignment with Kevel Product and Engineering, and support the delivery of best‑in‑class retail media practices in partnership with our Business Strategy team.

LOCATION: REMOTE/HYBRID – United Kingdom. While this role is primarily remote, candidates should expect to be onsite with the customer in London 1–2 times per week. PAY TRANSPARENCY Kevel uses external, third‑party market data to determine compensation for all open positions. Our compensation philosophy is based on the candidate’s specific working location and experience level. This means that we will take a no negotiation approach in our recruitment and offer processes. The pay range for this position in the United Kingdom is £70,000 ‑ £82,000 annually. An exact offer for this position will be determined based on the candidate's working location and experience level, in relation to our existing team.
