I am currently recruiting for an Event Operations Manager for a stunning wedding venue in Oxfordshire. As the Event Operations Manager, you will work alongside the management team to deliver the very best in service standards. I am looking for a manager that doesn’t settle for 2nd best and thrives for perfection at all times.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

• Have worked within an event management role for a minimum of 2 years, with extensive operational experience.
• Worked within a hotel or venue with weddings at the core of the business.
• Capability of running events for up to 150 people.
• Flexible approach to running events and ability to meet the clients demands within tight time frames.

Working 5 days out of 7 to suit the demands of the business.
