Customer Representative – Shotton Branch
Role summary: Support customers across all channels (in person, phone, online) including counter transactions, digital sales, and product applications. Work in a multiskilled environment, primarily on counter and on phone during bank and savings line hours.
- Finance transactions at the till and on the counter.
- Handle inbound customer calls on savings line and other banking support.
- Provide first‑class service via phone, online and face‑to‑face.
- Work Monday to Saturday, full time (35 hours).
- Complete training and ongoing development virtually at the branch.
