Graduate / Trainee Quantity Surveyor - Curtain Walling & Facades
Our client is a well-established, high‑end UK manufacturer and contractor within the curtain walling, architectural glazing and façade sector. They are looking to recruit a Graduate / Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working alongside and learning from an experienced QS and site management team.
Location: North Somerset (Bristol/Bath area, close to Bristol Airport)
Package: £28k-£30k basic + annual bonus + 22 days holiday
The Role - Trainee Quantity Surveyor
- Supporting an experienced Quantity Surveyor and site team on live projects
- Gaining exposure from design stage through to project completion
- Assisting with valuations, cost control and budget management
- Supporting labour tracking and the payment process
- Attending site visits, gaining hands‑on project experience
- Progressing over time into managing your own projects
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, or some experience in a QS role
- Keen to build a long‑term career in Quantity Surveying
- Well organised, structured and detail‑oriented
- Motivated to learn and develop into a stand‑alone QS role
